Overall, I'm happy with the experience and quality of my glass front door, made in white aluminum. The measurements were taken by a consultant, we got to choose the type of glass and handle from the showroom, paperwork was fast and straightforward. Honest service throughout the ordering process.
I didn't like the work of the installation team though. They've fixed the door in the wall and there were visible air pockets and were just going to cover them aesthetically with a plastic band. That leads to heat loss during winter and mold around the frame. I asked them to insulate properly with expanding foam but they wouldn't on account of it sticking visibly to the frame. I told them to use masking tape, but they still wouldn't do it ... had to ask them to leave and my husband properly insulated the door. You're supposed to have high quality standards for the prices you're asking, but the installation team is like "Wham! Bam! Thank You, Ma'am!"

Trade Windows recently fitted new Patio Doors for me. The work was done efficiently and care was taken to protect the property from dust, etc. Due to certain circumstances, arranging the work was very difficult and stressful but they handled everything with kindness and patience. We needed to replace the double glazing unit in a sliding patio door at short notice. Few local companies seem to offer this service 🙁

John was very prompt and helpful in discussing what was needed. I paid a deposit and they started work immediately. The completed unit was delivered on time and one of their team helped me carry it in to the house and provided various spacers for me to use. I've fitted the glazing unit and am impressed with the result. I'm happy to use Trade Windows in future should the need arise.

We had an excellent service from Trade Windows. From the time Ben (very charming Gentleman) came to
do the initial survey, to the point of going into the store to look at the materials and now today when the windows and our patio door were fitted by Gareth, John, and Darren. We were pleasantly surprised when Darren (manager) contacted us to say that the windows could be fitted as it was due to be fitted at the end of May. It was a two day work. Everything was done very neatly, sheets were used to cover everything, the rooms were left clean as they hoovered the rooms at the end of the work. They worked very hard but also very calm and organised. Overall, we would highly recommend Trade Windows and will definitely use them again. Great to work with a team of people that respect each other and their colleagues. Thank you.

Trade Windows carried out a quick repair for my old and vulnerable parents. Great service at a reasonable price, from a genuinely local double glazing company.
(Another company is advertising itself as having premises elsewhere on the Parade, but they aren’t genuine or local - My advice is to save your time and go straight to Trade Windows).
