Very rude office staff and supervisor. Tried to leave trash inside the box. When I asked the forklift driver to take it - he pushed it deeper, with some dirty Italian words...

It only got 1 star cos I couldn't give a minus figure!!! This is where their delivery drivers thought it was OK to "dump" my new mattress. Downstairs in my dining room, rather than upstairs in the bedroom. Absolutely awful customer service. I now have to wait a further week for their delivery personnel to return to relocate it upstairs. Well done Tramo I couldn't possibly recommend them. It's just a shame Tempur insist on using them for their delivery's UPDATE: a week later their drivers arrived to resite the mattress, placing it in the my room of choice thank you

So crooked!!! The worst service I ve ever had!!!
They issue a storage charge, claim it has not been paid, and only the NEXT day notify you of it! And then there is another charge! And like this for several weeks!!!! DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY WOTH A BARGE POLE!

They recently delivered some furniture that I ordered in Italy. I was confused about the shipping terms and there was some back and forth. However, the delivery guys were great, professional, got everything squared away and I was so happy with the job Tramo did delivering my exqusito Danber furniture from Milan.

Completely unprofessional, a disaster of a company. I was supposed to receive a furniture shipment from Italy. After the items arrived in the UK, it has taken Tramo three weeks to clear customs, plus one week just to make one phone call to organize delivery after custom clearance (I am still waiting). Customer service department completely inexistent - they suggested I go pick up the good myself at their depot - 37 boxes and 400kg, great work Dean, head of customer service! Zero responsive to queries. I never dealt with a more unprofessional and incompetent company than these people. Nightmare of an experience, stay clear of them.
