Awful treatment to employees. Employee sacked in the run up to Christmas for being off sick with a sick note. Had torticollis in neck due to movement and strain from the work, no HR to answer phone call to inform of reason off, no voicemail or anyone to answer the phone, finally got through to someone at the end of the week, two days later once obtaining the sick note, they get sacked yet known as one of their best welders. Also give fake promises, job advert is misleading, probation won’t take place until about 6 months and then they’ll call you a liar and not increase your pay as specified in job advert. Office people are patronising and do not appreciate their good workers. Don’t waste your time here

I'm a welder and fabricator with great experience of 10 years. Coded ally tig stainless inconal and mild steel from 0.7mm upto 30mm.
I had a full contracted job that I had to travel to and left there to come here as it's up the road. Got fired on my first day via email due to apparently poor attitude and health and safety? This is because the director called Dan was speaking very badly to myself and 3 other welders for not wearing our mask well one welder was tacking. But us 3 was looking the opposite direction and because I smiled he continued to speak and raise his voice in a disgusting manner made me feel very uncomfortable but yet I stayed calm and continued my days work to get home to see the email.

I highly DO NOT Recommend any of my fellow welders go here the respect for our art and skill isn't here for transcal now jobless with 4 kids at home to pay for. 1 star director Dan just got rid of someone that could of put skill and craft into his company.
