I've used Truframe for nearly 8 years in my working capacity and have found them to be a great company.

The quality of the products is superb, comparable with more expensive products from other manufacturers.

Deliveries are good, on time and the drivers are chatty and pleasent. In fact, all the staff at Truframe do have the personalities to spend time having a quick chat and a laugh, it's professional, but also personal.

Ordering via the portal can be a struggle at times, it desperatly needs an update, but I understand from an IT point of view that this is a heavy undertaking, so whilst it can be painful at times, it's otherwise a good portal for designing windows and ordering.

The customer service team at Truframe really do deserve extra credit and if all my suppliers had customer service teams like Truframe then life would be so much easier.

Bill, the Technical Manager is outstanding, a real credit to Truframe with his wealth of knowledge, always happy to help and has got me answers to questions very quickly.

The rep that visits us on regular timescales is great, chatty, friendly and not wooden or all business like some of the other company reps we have. Doesn't bring enough biscuits though, must work on that!

On the occasion that things do go wrong, Truframe are always fair and on more than one occasion have offered parts free of charge and arranged site engineers to attend site quickly and efficiently where the fault has been a manufacturing one.

Items are delivered well wrapped, complete and labelled correctly and even when something wrong has only been noticed by our goods in after a few days, Truframe have always been willing to help.

I'll continue to use Truframe for Liniar profiled frames for as long as my customers demand them and I have confidence that the service will remain the same, if not better as time progresses.

Excellent products aside, it's their customer service, technical and aftersales that really does set them above everything else.

Absolute disgrace of a company, they treat their staff and customers like cattle. Avoid this business at all costs. They never take any accountability, evidently shown in their negative review responses.

UPDATE 09/01/2024: TruFrame's response to this review is literally my case and point! Key word here being "they", please actually read your reviews before even attempting a response. At this point it's actually becoming comical.

We have been using TruFrame for over a month now (we dropped our previous supplier because of major quality and delivery problems). We have been most impressed with the quality of the profiles and with the speed of the delivery. However, we have had a couple of deliveries with sealed units missing which has caused us delays to customer installation.

I've dealt with Truframe for over 10 years and found them to be an ethical and helpful company to deal with. Delivery is generally excellent and the Liniar product is outstanding. I wish they also fabricated aluminium, because it would be great to find an aluminium company that could provide a service as good as their Upvc manufacturing.

No company is perfect, if Truframe have a weakness it is the length of time they take to get a price back to you. This is not a big issue because most items you can cost yourself. But if you do need something specialised costing, expect a few days before it's returned. Other than that, from the drivers to the senior management they do try their best.

I have been in the window game over 10 years now and having used not very reliable suppliers and thinking this was the norm for the window game, the best decision I made for my company was to pay a little more for a quality product and service and realised in the long run I'm definitely better off not having to put up with excuses for deadlines, deliveries and why things are missing from an order. Is it because Darren at the truframe base In hull is on the ball or is it tru frames policy ,I think a bit of both. Top company throughout making my company look good on the back of it 👌

Don't know which is worse, the product quality or the customer service. Purchased cream coloured windows with external bars. Turned out they were put on with double-sided tape. Within days the external bars were falling off. It took weeks for Truframe to come to site to re-tape the bars. They provided a standard guarantee to my fitter but would not specifically guarantee the external bars despite the known issue. Weeks later we discovered some of the screw cap covers on the trickle vents were spray painted rather than coloured plastic and they were peeling. Called the Customer Service Manager direct and he refused to help me saying that everything had to be done via the fitter. Don't trust this company, they are a joke.

A great company to do business with ,from the processing and customer service department through to the helpful delivery drivers .The products are great value and very well made .If you do get a problem they are very quick to resolve .i was always told judge a company when things go wrong and see how they respond .These dont often go wrong but if and when they do its resolved very quick .
