I’d prefer to use local suppliers but twice I’ve been here for Stihl spares now and had a similar poor experience. Over the phone I was told they couldn’t give me a price because they hadn’t sourced the parts. Seems a bit odd as I’d expect rrp or lower and they should have their suppliers prices? They were common spares - hoses and filters - but they don’t hold much stock and it takes a couple of days. In the shop their sales guy comes across arrogant and to top it off the price is higher than Stihl’s distributors online including postage. So in summary poor service, high prices and slow supply. Zero reason to recommend. I’ve given two stars because they were the correct parts at least!

Just had my Honda Izy mower annual service. I reported that the drive and engine felt underpowered. It's better now than when I bought it new. Excellent work. Well worth the money

I was told my Sthil chainsaw had no compression and was dead even though it had only done 30 hours. I tried a Chinese carburettor for £15 is been brilliant ever since.

Appalling service new generator that had problems running i said it was the fuel pump they said it didn't have one, then they wanted £60 to change the new fuel,contacted draper yes it has pump and runs on E10 in end I fitted a new pump it now runs fine,had same problems with a brush cutter from them wrong fuel they said it just needed a carburetor tweak awfull experience won't go there again no stars buyer beware
