Appalling people. Staff will threaten members of public with use of shotguns and they will obstruct you passage to the highway (illegal). Search pjaudits on YouTube to watch. Knuckledraggers

Bought timber decking and after 3.5yrs parts were rotten through literally. Spoke to Paul, Manager of Oswestry in March 2019 and said he would come back to me. He never responded to any of my further 3 visits and unable to obtain replacement decking as discontinued. I was told product was guaranteed for 7 years but as salesperson no longer works for them they would not commit to agreeing to what I was told at time of sale.
Quality of product and customer service shocking, and would not use this merchant again
