I drink Twinings tea, many varieties but my favourites are the breakfast tea and Strawberry & Raspberry from the herbal varieties. Very refreshing hot or cold.

Just opened a box of 100 breakfast bags. Unfortunately several bags had their contents missing! Tea was all over inside of box. Rang them (Andover) nice lady and very helpful and understanding. Will receive vouchers to cover missing tea. Perfect result. Thank you

UPDATE - just purchased a new box of English Breakfast Tea (Leaf) and all is well (see comments below). It was as clear, clean, tasty and satisfying - just as I have grown to expect it to be. So no drama. All is well. PHEW!

I do not like the new 'notes' in your Loose Leaf Breakfast Tea. There is a 'back taste' of a sweet burnt wood that was not there before. I have always purchased your Loose Leaf Breakfast Tea. I will try one more packet in case the one I currently have is tainted in some way. If the second purchase tastes the same then I will have to try other teas because this is not as I expected it to be. I am very disappointed - I have always trusted the taste of Twinings.
