Unfortunately a poor experience. Booked for same day collection, no show. Called at 5pm and was assured collection would occur the following day. Again a no show.

Edit following response: Unfortunately, I was not informed of any of the developments above, either by email or phone call, other than the re-booked collection after we called directly. Had we been udpated of the situation, it would have been better. Thank you for the response to the review.

Book a pallets to be picked up from my house and for the second day in a row they have not shown! No contact to tell me they are not coming nothing!! I would avoid at all cost! They might be cheap that’s because they do not come and collect! Pay a little bit more and get a better service!! STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!!!
