I am extremely disappointed with my experience at UKNSI. After working diligently, I was unfairly dismissed due to a knee injury that was directly caused by their disregard for their own safety regulations. According to their policies, employees must be at least 5'4" to work on the line. I’m only 5'0", and despite this, they placed me in a position where I was not only physically uncomfortable but also at a high risk of injury.

The company’s blatant disregard for their own safety rules is appalling. I wasn’t supposed to be working on the line in the first place, but they insisted, which led to the knee pain that eventually caused my termination. Instead of taking responsibility for their actions and addressing the issue, they decided to sack me. This not only shows a complete lack of care for their employees but also a willingness to cut corners at the expense of worker safety.

I would strongly advise anyone considering employment with UKNSi to think twice. If they can so easily ignore their own regulations and treat their employees this poorly, it’s only a matter of time before someone else gets hurt. This is not a company that values or protects its workers.

I was placed on a line that I wasn’t supposed to be in because of the regulations they had, and instead of addressing the issue or providing any support, my team leader completely disregarded my concerns. I asked multiple times to be moved to the correct line, but my requests were met with indifference, and he even told me “you’re going to be moved whenever I want you to move”.
A good leader listens and tries to support their team, but unfortunately, that wasn’t the case here. I felt undervalued and ignored, which made the work environment frustrating. This lack of empathy and unwillingness to resolve such a basic issue speaks volumes about the leadership in this team.
