I can honestly say that I am so impressed with unique mobility. Nothing was too much trouble, I received excellent information about suitable scooter for my needs. I also purchased a mobility vehicle from them. The transaction was so easy and straight forward. Kirsty and the gang went out of their way to get my new vehicle ready in time for my holiday. Their knowledge about products and entitlement was fantastic. I had been paying car tax and did not know I was entitled to free tax. They even saved me money. I highly recommend Unique mobility.

I ordered a wheelchair from unique mobility team at the Launceston branch for one of the lady’s that I support. The wheelchair is absolutely fantastic and supports her needs perfectly for when we take her out in to the community. The gentleman Tim that came out to make sure all the requirements on the chair suited our lady was absolutely fantastic. He was very helpful, kindhearted and considerate and was fantastic and friendly to our other residents and staff also. If there was anything we needed or fixed ( which we did) he was straight on it and kept me informed and updated right the way through. Any questions I asked Tim he answered and never made me feel inadequate. Tim was always very polite and professional and always smiling which I love and feel is important. Thank you so much Tim for everything and helping our lady access the community more safely and comfortably. We are forever grateful!

Although I had some issues with customer care and service with my mobility scooter still under warranty recently, everything was satisfactorily resolved.
I then decided to upgrade my scooter and I'm delighted with my scooter and all the customer care especially from Lee who delivered it.
Going forward, I feel confident that customer care and service will be first class.

I greatly appreciated the time and trouble Kirsty went to making our visit yesterday run smoothly and coping with my husband who, I know, can be very difficult at times. Her patience and understanding was wonderful. It is so nice to find someone who is obviously prepared to go the extra mile to help someone who finds life challenging.
We also came away with just the right products to meet our needs. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.
