Ordered rubber mat for car boot. Unfortunately the one they send didn’t fit my boot, despite on label saying make and model for my car. Sent an email to customer service and received fast response. Apologised and tried to do everything to meet my needs. Offered replacement or refund. As they didn’t have sample of my car, they sent for me paper mat to tell them what I need. I ruined paper, I contacted them again, customer service team was amazing, same day resent for me new paper cut out to help me draw my need. Few days later after sending back paper sketch I receive mat. Perfect shape fitting my car On this note I could say they ruined my expectations and didn’t deliver mat advertised online, I had to do myself cut out and draw shape of the boot and score them low stars. And other moaning. But I cannot I have to consider how they resolved the problem how they went out of their way to rectify problem and meet customer expectations. Brilliant customer service, big tap on the back for all if your team. I am not great to respond in timely manner to emails and all advisors was involved in dealing with me, just brilliant. Thank you for being so customer orientated. Product I received was rubber mat, custom made and I believe good quality. Not sure how long it will last with 2 large dogs or as people say poor quality, it’s a rubber mat although dogs so far don’t complain ?.

Ordered some mats from Kwik fit and was directed to this company. No fixings for the drivers mat. Poor quality sponge kind of backing. Asking for a refund was a nightmare. Not a good experience.

Update, they want me to print my own return label!

Just wanted a refund! A lot less hassle from other online retailers .

Do Not Buy From This Company. Very poor quality and full of faults. Edging is cut all over the place and the mats are paper thin. I have sent photographs to the company and they are refusing to pay for the return postage. Appalling customer service.

Revised following contact and a resolution

Following a very unacceptable eBay transaction and extremely poor service I have eventually been contacted by Laura who seemed to want to genuinely make things right. Unfortunately due to the time taken to get in contact the matter is past that point as I have ordered from somewhere else. But purely through the fact Laura bothered to call and seemed clearly upset at the service I had received, offering to do anything to make things right I have to give some credit, for that alone if I ever needed any of these products in the future I would consider getting in touch as prior to the customer service issues I was reasonably impressed with the quality of the mats I received for the price.

Underwhelmed. Designed what I wanted via the website but they were unable to make it for some reason and gave me a black or grey option. Item arrived, product very meh.
