First time here , got told at reception to go round the one way system and park out front as they couldn’t find my load , it’s very narrow and the forklift drivers don’t seem to be able to acknowledge the fact your trying to get an attic through gaps between other trucks . Parked outside then got told to come in again as they’d found the load and go down to the bottom on the left to get loaded . Parked up where I was directed to , opened the curtain in preparation, fork truck driver came up and said why have you opened your curtain , I said , to be loaded , he said not here , you have to wait to be told which bay to go to and it may be the other side that needs to be open . Then he drove off . Apparently I was supposed to follow him but I’m not a mind reader , anyway he came back eventually and said go to bay 4 , and shot off again , not knowing where bay 4 is I had a drive round looking for it , it’s painted on the floor which is a problem in the very wet conditions because there was a big puddle over the 4 , anyway , I eventually found it and although the load was on the open curtain side he wanted to load it from the other side , hey ho . The trouble with these places is that they all have their own little ways of working and as a lorry driver going to loads of different places all over the country you have no idea what their system is so a bit more communication and guidance and above all patience is required. I’ve been on the road sleeping in my truck for five days , a mardy forklift driver is not what I need

Then all the forklift drivers ignore you just for 1 pallet.. 5 days later might get unloaded ?

Kierowoco, jak nie masz minimum 3godzin to nawet nie przyjeżdżaj. Czekałem od 14:40, o 17 wyjechałem ale nie załadowałem ładunku bo żeby załadować moją naczepę, potrzebowali jeszcze dodatkowe półtorej godziny!
