Bizarrely the Google reviews below seem to mostly relate to the Unum building
Wife had a truly awful experience with these guys - 4 whole months to process a claim which was then rejected on very, very, dubious grounds. She was fragile before and has now mentally crashed. Could not be more disgusted with the treatment she has received. Have a look on Trustpilot for a few other opinions.

Happy for you to sign up for critical illness cover through your work benefits with no questions asked on wether you/partner have had prior illness ie Cancer. Happy to take your money each month but when you go to make a claim for a terminal cancer diagnoses after being in remission for nearly two years. Unum will decline you on there terms and conditions policy when they don’t show the terms and condition when you take out the policy all they want to know is the details and age of person you are insuring and for how much no questions were asked regarding prior illnesses. If you use this company use with caution.

L went for a walk round the ground and large pond nr a mill it had a crane puller weight 500kg was it for opening the gate for water run through it or something else.
