They are both really helpful, whatever the issue, and Jill’s product knowledge helped design a truly dream kitchen. Nothing was too much trouble and communication was always excellent. After shopping around with 5 or 6 different kitchen suppliers including the big names, we were confident that Urban Haus would do an excellent job on our kitchen refit.
We weren't wrong. Jill was amazingly patient and helpful. We spent several hours talking to her about what we wanted, giving sound advice but letting us make the choices.
Ours isn't a huge kitchen but it was important to us that the design, build quality and fit were as near perfect as possible. Jill and the team didn't let us down.

Urban Haus designed and fitted our new kitchen as well as some other building work on the house and we couldn’t recommend Jill, Dave and the team highly enough.

From our first trip to the Urban Haus showroom we felt very at ease. We met with Julie who helped us understand that they would be able to work with us on a number of of things we wanted done, such as removal of a wall, removal of a fireplace, new flooring - much more than simply kitchen work.

Jill and Dave then came to our house and talked us through a number of options in terms of both kitchen layout and other works. There was never any pressure and they were happy to answer any questions we had. We decided on some rough ideas for what we wanted to do and followed this up with a trip to the showroom where Jill helped us design our dream kitchen.

Jill was really great in ensuring we got great value for money, helping us understand what may or may not be important in our space and talking us out of some possibly costly choices we would have otherwise made. Dave did likewise in terms of the building works.

Once work started, the building team were great and a pleasure to have around. Some extra work emerged due to a problem that was found with our utility room roof, which was in need of a full replacement. Likewise, when laying all the new floor throughout downstairs, some remedial work to the floor joists was identified when the old floor was removed. Dave and the team accommodated these additional works seamlessly. The team also took on some additional painting and decorating for us.

Whenever there was any kind of challenge, Dave’s ultra-calm approach saved the day. He was always ready to explain a new range of options. We learnt a few things from him too, along the way. ?

The entire downstairs of our home has been refreshed and, our kitchen in particular is stunning. We have not yet had a day when we have not wholly appreciated that space and the great design/layout that Jill created. It’s just perfect for us.

We would thoroughly recommend Urban Haus in a heartbeat. Jill and Julie - get the kettle on, as we’ll be popping in for a brew and a chat with old friends whenever we’re passing. X
