I don't know who these people are who have had 4/5 star experiences but we certainly will never use them again. Not only have they failed to show up on three occasions but they FORGOT to come and finish the job! Again today, after three months of waiting and numerous phone calls later, they’re still a no show. We are self-employed individuals who give up clients and/or work time to wait around for people who do not show and every time this happens, we loose money and we'd like charge them for that. Also, if they show up late, we may no longer be available or end up late for our own jobs. There’s zero communication from the engineers in case of delays and the receptionist has to take the heat from disappointed clients, IF she even calls back to rebook! So far, she’s only called back once out of the three times. We have had to call them.

This is an unprofessional and unreliable service. I would never recommend!

Nearly got hit by a car as I crossed at a zebra crossing as the vehicle was parked on the zigzag lines on the approach to the crossing blocking the view to cars! Just so the driver could go to Greggs!!!

Very unprofessional and quite frankly dangerous. Not to mention illegal and endorsable!!
