I recently had an outstanding experience at Vauxhall Bristol Street Motors Macclesfield.
I can’t recommend them highly enough. From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted with a warm welcome and a friendly smile by Jonny Cooper. He took the time to understand my needs and preferences, helping me find the perfect vehicle.

I visited Bristol motors for a car service whilst I waited. They were finished in time and made me very comfortable whilst I waited for them. They hoovered and washed it too which was great. I was not in wheelchair but they did have disabled parking. An automatic door and accessible clean toilets. I was kindly supplied with drinks by the friendly receptionist. They also had a lower reception desk for those in chairs.

We went to view a car and were left in the capable hands of Paul. He was an exceptional salesman, and really settled our nerves looking for a new car after having our old one written off. All our questions were answered professionally and he went above and beyond to assure the car was the right fit for us. Had a car recall completed here around 6 months ago. There were a few delays from Europe but I was kept well informed by Tinsley throughout the process. As soon as the part arrived I had an appointment the next day and everything was fixed quickly. Tinsley was excellent throughout the whole process, and I recently had an MOT and service done with the same excellent service. I can't recommend them enough.
