Patrick, Dom and the whole team here are superb! The experience of having a bike custom built to my specification was amazing and knowing I own a bespoke unique bicycle is simply amazing. I had a choice of all the large manufacturers or custom built bike from Interbike, after the initial consultation I knew that these guys wouldn't oversell and would care for my bike. Build wasn't without delay but given current climate of bikes this was out of their control and just made getting the bike at the end even more of a joy.

Friendly group of folks located in Marks Tey. Quite often able to address your bike repair issues on the spot and at other times they may well come and pick up your bike, if you're relatively local. Plenty of good advice and reasonably priced as well, which always helps!

Family business where any single member of the team are amazing. Patrick, Nickie, Dom… they always try to find the best solution for the client. No doubt is the best cycling shop in the area.
You can do the service for your bike at home or take it to another shop, but everybody knows, that if you have a real issue with your bike, the place to go is Schils.

Back in September I was helped by the staff to source 29inch wheelset 12 speed for a bike build I was doing. I appreciated all the help, advice, and deal on the wheelset, but more so the care and time it took to sort the wheel set. Today, 16th October was my first ride on the wheels, a very cool smooth ride.

Came off my bike today which left me with a snapped derailleur hanger and a lot bits and pieces on the wonk.
The team at Velo Schils were only too happy to help.
They didn't have the part in stock (to be expected at the moment) so instead they swapped it off of one of their new in-house bikes, and got everything else on my bike shipshape.
Had a really nice chat with the staff while my bike was being seen to (they're passionate about what they do) and I'm looking forward to my next visit - hopefully under better circumstances!

What an amazing shop and fantastic customer service. I am relatively new to cycling and went to buy my first road bike. Patrick was really helpful and took the time to explain what I needed and why. This is a family run business and when it came to my bike fit, Patricks son who is also a wealth of knowledge was really helpful. Sold my dad an electric bike. It broke 4x in 2 years. Every time the motor had to be sent to Italy to be fixed so he had no bike for 6 weeks at a time. Customer service was appalling. Avoid.
