received a time slot of 8am-5pm
It said i was able to leave a text message to contact the person coming . No reply … called - left a message - no return call. Guess what? didn’t bother coming - What can you say? just useless, unprofessional company.
Should have read the reviews- hey ho move on ……… if they don't care i certainly wont!

Meant to be dealing with rats in our estate, absolutely doing nothing though. There are several residents living here and we all may be making complaints if they don’t pull their fingers out.

Virgo are useless, fail to call back when promised. Take weeks/months to get a wasp issue sorted. I have made over 10 calls to them to escalate and complain but no progress is ever made. Avoid using this organisation!

I’ve used Conquer for a couple of years now.
As soon as we call, Conquer schedule us in. We get a call back when the job is done and we never have any service issues.
