Competent ability in sheet metal work, but utterly poor customer service, despite boasting this aspect was exemplary - far from it, as remedial work was required on my job and a return visit promised to correct the error, but consequently told both in person and via email that the matter would be resolved, which some six to eight months on, absolutely nothing. The owner was most impolite and rude when I approached him and would never want to meet him or deal with him again, so be warned.
