We have been here before yet not had the carvery. This time visiting chapel with our doggie we had the carvery…… it was absolutely delicious ?|Had lots of carveries over the years, but by far this was the best. And the staff are all so welcoming and lovely too. Definately worth a visit wether passing by or making a special trip just for the carvery.

Called in for food, the availability of which was conspicuously advised outside. Dutifully paid for car parking (really!) on the basis that we would get the money back as we will easily spend greater than the £20.00 minimum spend to get the fee back. Paid up, we went in, only to be told that the kitchen was closed, so no food. We could not stay as we had a hungry child to feed so I asked for the car park money back. The otherwise helpful member of staff refused unless we spent the £20.00, which obviously wouldn’t happen as their kitchen was closed. I was less bothered about the cash than the fact that they wouldn’t refund the money when they were not willing to provide the advertised product. Unforgivable.

We stayed for one night the 9th to the 10th of August, it was a last minute booking and by mistake l had booked the wrong vine hotel ( booked Skegness) the young man who found us a room and sorted out my mistake was lovely as was Amy at The Vine in Skegness and l didn’t lose any money!|The room was modern, clean and had everything we needed. The shower was a good size and the water pressure was great, we honestly couldn’t fault it. Parking was free and ample and 11am check out a bonus. We will definitely stay there again ?

We’re regular visitors to The Vine for Sunday lunch or Dinner. The food is always excellent quality and there is plenty of it on the plate. It’s a lovely relaxed environment, looking forward to the winter and the real fire. Staff are helpful.

Room was fine, everything that we could want at a very reasonable price, excellent location. Stayed in room 14, noise from the bar was faint and didn't stop us from sleeping really well, window catch needs attention as it wouldn't open. Happy to stay there again next time we're at the coast.

Went today for a Sunday carvery stright off the bat had to pay for parking.went for a pensioner's meal and the told me you only get a small for that so I had to go for the big one wich was full price!and what carvery do you know where you cant help your self to the vegetables they serve your by spoon very little aswell and you can only help your self to the gravy! Pointless of a carvery.and if you are on a low income as 2 pints cost you £9.50 100% will not go back! Mediocre food and service for a top price!

Had a carvery it was very nice and the dog was allowed in too,love places that allow the dog inside its not always warm outside,I would rather eat inside so ideal for us.

Just been Fri till Mon, staff are extremely friendly and accommodating, room was lovley and spacious but only had one mirror ( really needs another ) I think the only downfall was that we never saw housekeeping to replenish tea coffee ext, would still highly recommend
