Ordered a dog tent to take camping this summer. Really terrible product quality. Delivered 2 weeks late also. No reply to email. Chased and promised reply / refund in 48 hours. No reply. Chased again and 'under investigation' with renewed promise to reply in next 10 days. Poor service throughout.

The bed was totally squashed on arrival as I suspect something heavier had been on it in the DPD van. Its still not sprung up to look decent unfortunately ?
The ordering process on VioVet was extremely easy. They sent me emails on updates to the order. I will give the company five stars. Unfortunately due to the very smashed bed which was not their fault I'll mark down to four.

Very straightforward ordering process. Arrived within a week. Very well packed. I ordered wrong size but process for sending it back was easy to follow and they were very efficient and helpful. Refund came quickly and then I ordered size small. Would definitely recommend
