Myself and my husband hired VIP media group to capture our wedding day and had a great experience. Reggie ensured we were happy with the shots that were being taken by showing us snippets on his camera of how things were looking throughout the day. The team were very easy to reach prior to the wedding day, as we contacted them several times to ask any questions about how things would work on the day and received helpful responses. They were also very lighthearted and fun going, making both myself and my husband less stressed and more able to enjoy our day. Reggie checked in several times to make sure we were happy and if we had any other photos we wanted taking, as well as even reminding me of the ones I had forgot to ask him to capture! Overall we would highly recommend these guys, and look forward to receiving our finished photos and wedding film!

I had an amazing experience with the team, the pre-wedding process was so helpful, kanon helped me vision my wedding with ease. The wedding days went very smoothly with the help of Reji and Jamz. And Reji has been amazing post wedding with getting my pictures and wedding teaser, which are both better than i could have imagined. Excited to see them work their magic with my wedding film. Highly recommend this team!

This review includes facts related to my experience, my opinion on the service and some responses from VIP Media Group.

It looks like no one has submitted a review recently (9 months at the time of posting this review), could it maybe be because people are still waiting to receive the final files like I was?

I wont go into all of the ins and outs but some of the highlights include:
- Some good video editing of our event. Kanon has won awards related to this so is clearly good at what he does here.
- Losing the last few photos taken on the day (Kanon says its a live event so things like this can happen)
- Disappearing for a McDonalds breakfast at the start of the already time pressured park photo shoot. (They were provided lunch on the day too)
- Stringing us along. He promised on a number of occasions to provide an update in a couple weeks and then ignored calls and texts. This went on for over a year and was extremely frustrating.

We have now given up on the rest of the promises Kanon made. He did say that some of the editing he has done is usually extra, which I understand, but I dont expect to be waiting as long as I did even if this is being done for free.

My advice is to use VIP if you are willing to wait for the final photos. They are contracted to provide the first draft within 10 months of the song list being provided to them (make sure you send that as soon as possible) but I am now told that any edits are additional and can take a lot longer. The time it took for me to get my edited photos from the point of the request (which was an extra service and I was not asked to pay for) was 15 months. In total we waited over 2 years for finalised versions.

I was considering a 1 star review but the work is actually decent. Its just a shame to have to wait so long and chase so many times.

We had the pleasure of having the team shoot our wedding events this past weekend. Their professionalism, talent and sense of humour made both days flow with ease. So much so, that guests actually thought the team were our friends rather than being hired! I am so grateful we booked VIP and look forward to seeing the final result! They were very accomodating to any changes we had and were so professional, definitely recommend VIP for capturing all the amazing moments from your big day! Cannon and reggi filmed my wedding and were very helpfull and flexible and made me and the whole family feel at ease while taking amazing shots and footage. I will be using them for future family functions aswell and would definitely reccomend them:) Thank you to the whole team

We booked VIP media for my brother's wedding in July 2023. Throughout the events, the staff were professional, patient, and helped make the day run smoothly. However, my experience has taken a turn since the wedding.

It has now been 1 year and 3 months since the event, and we are still waiting for the mendhi pictures. The company informed us they are unable to locate them, which is incredibly disappointing. Additionally, we’ve been trying to contact them to send off the video for final edits but have received no response.

It’s a shame, as we were initially referred by a friend and were considering using them for future events in 2025. Given the lack of communication and resolution, we will now be looking elsewhere.

Thank you for your reply. As I mentioned, we booked the services for my brother's wedding, so the booking will be under his name. We’ve attempted to reach out privately several times but haven’t received any responses.

It’s also unfair to claim defamation or slander, as my review was an honest account of our experience. The purpose of a review is to share personal experiences to help others make informed decisions, reflecting both the good and the bad.
