Been hiring from VI Rental for about a year now and I am very happy with the customer service, the quality of the equipment, and their accommodation. Peter May, our account manager has never failed to pull thorough with unique and last-minute requests and has always been able to work with our budget, not to mention the friendly and personalized service we get every time we contact them. I've been due a refund over two weeks. I've chased constantly, been told the wrong information, and had no help from Visual Impact.Furthermore, I finally got a call from someone in their finance department yesterday and not only did he not seem to care about the situation, he blamed me for it.

I would definitely avoid using them after this poor service experience.

After a lot of back and forth (and them finally giving me some information on the account that the payment came via), have I resolved the situation.

I’ve been waiting 2 months for my refund. Never shopping here again. There’s also a very rude lady who drives a white Lexus. She was very rude to me and has no respect with her smelly breathe. There’s better places to go for way cheaper prices and you’ll actually get what you pay for.
