I built an outdoor pizza oven during the 2020 lockdown, using Vitcas products, including their stainless steel flue with built-in damper. It’s been brilliant, but the smoke was getting in my eyes.
I spotted the 1m flue extension on the Vitcas website and send a message to check I could add it to my existing flue. The response from Shannon was very quick, so I placed my order and it arrived 2 days later. Looking forward to trying it out now.

I bought insulation, heat resistant render, wire mesh and rendering mesh to clad my pizza oven. The products, advice and service were excellent. Pity my workmanship didn't do the products justice but I suppose that's on me!! ? I now have a beautiful, if a bit wonky, clad pizza oven. ?

Very happy with Vitcas products that I use for fireplaces/chimneys also blacksmithing equipment- forges/gas forges and the likes..

Best of all, the staff are nice people and have been very happy to help when I have had a short time frame and they have delivered quickly or allowed me collect from them in Bristol.

Great service and Great products. I rebuilt my pizza oven and used the outdoor Oven cement to render then I used HB60 to put mosaic tiles on then grout. The products are all great. Thanks

I ordered kiln bricks for my new forge, they arrived on time but the courier had dropped the boxes. A couple of bricks were broken. A quick email with a picture and Vicas immediately sent replacements with a different courier.
Excellent customer service. Well done VITCAS

There are two simple things I look for in a company. The quality of the product and the customer service.
Our Pompeii oven is amazing it won't just be for pizzas!
The before, during and aftercare from the two Shannon's and Paige in customer services is quite frankly some of the best I've ever had. Nothing was ever too much trouble even with some of my daft questions.
I'll go as far to to say, well done Vitcas management you've got it right, many companies out there could learn a lesson or two!
