This is such an awful company! ordered a banner with pole instalment and it came after 1 month! only the banner was sent, not the pole. It took a whole month for them to send a banner! while on their website it says 7-10 days. They are awful with communication! The staff is unpleasant and unapologetic. Every time I called there was one excuse for the other. When I called to ask about the pole they said that it was a mistake from dispatch! Story after story, excuse after excuse.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. THEY ARE A SCAM.

Inconsistent customer service. For at least a week I have been sending the request for a quote via email for a possible order of roll up banners. I still haven't received any response. I asked for simple, precise information and provided clear details, but the staff is probably busy with something else. What an unpleasant situation
