My experience was very mixed. Lily was great to deal with but unfortunately the part for my vehicle didn’t arrive. There were no curtesy cars available which left me with no transport for work.
But the experience with Ben when I decided to part exchange and go for another car was excellent. I was very thankful for a driver picking me up from work to collect my new vehicle at Vospers Truro. So in the end all well.

Dealt with Ben who put me at ease. It was an easy process of buying my Fiat Panda. He went beyond his job spec to make sure that the car was delivered as quickly as possible and was so helpful ! I tried phoning him to thank him after purchase of car, but it was his day off. Thank you Ben I appreciated your friendly approach and made the whole process easy! !!

SCAMMED my 76 year old dad. Took his fiat for its first service, which is a basic oil & oil filter change and visual health check. Upon looking at his invoice I noticed a charge for air filter and the total cost seemed way too expensive when I had my mercedes serviced the week before at the dealership for cheaper…. We noticed T he service adviser put the wrong mileage in on the system, charged for an air filter and over charged for the whole service in general. We rang around several other dealerships in the country, also the other Vospers branch in Plymouth which also quoted cheaper than what he paid.

I told my dad to ring the dealership and challenge this, the service advisor was adamant that it needed the air filter (although every other fiat dealership and even Vospers fiat Plymouth told us we didn’t). My dad mentioned if the difference wasn’t refunded he would be going to trading standards. Soon as trading standards was mentioned the service advisor changed his tune immediately and didn’t even let him finish the sentence saying he’ll refund in full. Which has been received. I would also like to point out he was told the service would be 2hrs maximum. But it actually took 3 and half hrs!

I am leaving this review to let other people know the truth about this place.

Since this experience we have absolutely no trust in Vospers Truro. He has decided to sell his 6month old fiat now due to not being able to have it serviced locally elsewhere and retain the manufacturer warranty.

After A wait of nine months the part finally arrived and the repair done which seems fine. However I asked for a tyre to be replaced before the MOT and it wasn't done so there was an MOT fail before changing it. Also on the way home the windscreen wiper rubber detached so I now have to replace it. How did that get through the MOT. The staff are always very pleasant and very helpful.

I saw Ben Smith and he was polite and sett me at ease straight away. He didn’t hurry me and explained everything fully . The car was ready when he said and altogether everything was 1st class.
