Absolutely love this cinema! Never had a bad experience. Seats are so comfortable, staff are beyond friendly and welcoming and the food and drink is more reasonably priced than other cinemas I’ve been to! Good job to the team!

First time been here and it was the price what caught my eye. Arrived in time but 1 girl was on food n drink counter doing her best while manager was outside and 2 lads stood checking tickets when nobody was there (could of assisted the female)she did good. Was late into screen got into screen 20 mins late so missed adverts not a problem.brought 2 tickets for me &wife to watch wicked screen 6 with VIP seats.what a waste of money seats were sticky and grubby nothing special they don't recline or anything just wider ohand back rest felt loose and leg room was no different we thought.overall deserves 1 star but the professionalism of the female staff on her own running the food and drink she deserves praising on her own.

Cinema needs an upgrade desperately. Chairs are falling apart, half of them are marked out of use. Seriously uncomfortable too. Projector does a poor job, I can barely see anything in the darker scenes. Such a shame, I love Vue and it's my cinema of choice but I don't think I'll be coming back here until things change.

Thank you to the member of staff who was in charge of the Andre Rieu show on Sunday afternoon. The audience were mostly elderly people. The lights were put on at the beginning and end of the show, she also came into Screen 5 at the interval to make sure everyone was OK. Thank you, you made it safer for everyone and it was appreciated.

‘Manager’ Katie wouldn’t let a 15 year old watch a 15+ film. She was horribly rude. Parking is cash only as if it’s not already 20 years behind. No wonder this place is losing 100’s of people to the everyman a year.

Also Katie you won’t be ‘shut down’ for letting a child of the right age into watch a film for their age group. It’s not the law.

Came to this cinema for the first time and I don’t think I’ll be returning. Hotdogs were poor quality and pretty much cold, the bun fell to pieces when eating it and didn’t taste fresh and the tomato sauce was the cheapest tasting you could find, also very expensive £15 for 2 hotdogs. Service was also quite slow at the till.

Lovely staff but the screen that I was in (screen 3) was a little outdated, there was a loud hum coming from the front near the screen, the roof and part of the walls were creaking, and the seats had lost a lot of padding from the usage which made them uncomfortable.

No nonsense cinema. Good value, if you want premier seats go lowry.

Update: Cinema seating in need of refurbishment. Mine was wobbly, and loads were marked out of service 👀
