The worst service 3 times I sent back my wahle clipper they told me it’s working perfectly but didn’t I have prove and receipt because just only a week I bought it but they didn’t fixed and they didn’t changed after 3 times they sent me back again never ganna buy wahle again I bought it £142 from salon service but they don’t changed after and they don’t fixed for me thanks for everything you’re just cheating people thanks

clipper battery wouldn't hold charge, gave customer services all the info they needed, inc photos, but because it wasn't in the the 'right format', they weren't interested. won't be buying another Wahl product.

Needed to contact customer services recently and they have been so helpful that I just felt compelled to leave a review and say a big “thank you”. With regards to my belissima clipper, it has proven to be a brilliant purchase offering a great cut and excellent battery life. It’s a real joy to use.

Awful product and service.
I have purchased Wahl 14 in 1 Body Groomer and Hair Clipper Kit 9855-2417X 554/7317 and I am not recommending it to anyone.
I bought it for my husband, after using it only twice it is broken. I called the company, first the telephone was ringing, but no one answered. After that the line was busy, I was trying hard to reach in vain;
Don't recommend this brand, avoid it!!!
