Poped in around 19:15, staff very helpful in directing me to vegan products and helping me choose.

Self service check outs very easy to use not sure why they have a screen showing your face though.

Wow self service check outs have been installed, suits me as I only purchase a few bits at time. Not sure If everyone will be happy with the changes.

Good range of quality products. I purchased some loose assorted fresh vegetables. Very few customers, hope John Lewis can survive the recession. Make sure you follow the parking rules. Please support your local shops and businesses.

Way too expensive in comparison with other major brand. Yes, lots of voice but when you compare it's still way too expensive for similar products elsewhere. Definitely won't back here for a big shopping.

Good with the understanding it's not a full size store. Plenty of variety for general needs, including a decent produce section. Ample parking which helpfully includes wheelchair access. Really convenient pick up point for John Lewis click and collect.

Always a good experience at Waitrose. The staff always provide great customer service. I only wish I had a store closer to me. But it’s worth the travel every week.

This has to be the worst Waitrose in the country, under staffed. Every time I go here they don't have the items I want. The supervisor lady working there today is extremely rude and shouldn't be working there. Needs to go find herself a council worker.job where she doesn't have to deal with the public.

I love this store as it is a relatively small store with a wide range of stuff to buy and I always get a deal whenever I visit. Most products at reduced prices. Bargain store for me. Still my favourite for veggies
