This Walmart is clean and well-organized, making it easy to find everything you need. Although the staff is limited, the employees who are present are very helpful and friendly. They consistently have the items I need in stock, which is a big plus. The only downside is the lack of a fresh produce or meat section, which would make the store even better.

Worst Walmart around. Rude employees!. Went to check myself out today & was told (after I was almost done) that I couldn’t have anymore than 15 items & to put everything back in my cart & go to another checkout with a cashier! What? When did that change? Instead of explaining the recent change, she was rude & mean! Walked out with nothing!
Put the damn sign where customers can see it!!!!

Whoa, an absolute clean, well organized, and calm Walmart. I did not believe I would ever see one of these. The store is well stocked. I even see some things here that I don't see at my local Walmart. They are an anchor store here with Lowe's. Will I return yes cause associates were helpful.

Complaint Regarding Poor Customer Service and Discriminatory Treatment at Flanders, NJ Store

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the customer service I have repeatedly experienced at your Flanders, NJ location. As a frequent Walmart customer who shops for my family at various locations, I was shocked by the treatment I have received there, particularly in comparison to other Walmart stores where I have had more positive experiences.

On several occasions, the employees at this location have been overly suspicious of my actions at self-checkout. I was asked multiple times if I had scanned items, despite having done so already. This behavior has left me feeling as though I am being racially profiled, as it does not occur at other Walmart stores I frequent, such as Hackettstown, where employees are much friendlier and more respectful.

Furthermore, when attempting to return items, I have encountered inconsistent and confusing policies. For example, I tried to purchase two curtains that were dirty since it was the last two in the store near me it was the last two available in my area, and was told I could only buy it at full price because it would be sent to the vendor for a refund. This did not make sense to me, and I ended up ordering the item online instead, but it was on back order and thankfully receiving a brand-new curtain.

The staff, including the manager, Halal, has been rude and dismissive during my interactions. On one occasion, I attempted to return an item using the receipt on my phone but was told I could only use my credit card. I have never encountered this rule at other Walmart stores, and it left me feeling that this location is creating unnecessary hurdles for customers.

I am sharing this feedback in hopes that Walmart will address the unprofessional and disrespectful behavior at the Flanders location, particularly around racial profiling and inconsistent policies. I prefer to shop at Walmart, but the poor service at this store has left me considering other retailers like Target, where customer service is more consistent and positive. I hope to see improvements in the future.

I give 5 stars for the great customer service and Professionalism in Tires department, The tires I got is so good and I didnt have to do alignment, The timing was perfect and I spend time at the store shopping and having our breakfast at subway inside the store. Highly Recommended. Available free Parking. The photos I took are for 4 tires are very very good brand with highly specifications with a very good price, Don't forget to like and follow my channel to see all new restaurant and entertainment places I'm going to visit in USA and overseas.

Today, I waited 10 minutes at the auto center. No one around. Tried calling the front desk, operator, auto center, every number available and no one picks up the phone EVER!

Walked around and found a Manager helping other customers. He walked over in about minutes.

Had to go back with receipt, After finding out I was charged for 10...5 qt. 5W30 oil .. when I only, purchased 2.. They had to review it on camera and give me money back... check your receipts.. Had about $400 worth of other stuff So it didn't seem too odd..

Very upset with Walmart I walked into the Auto department. There was three mechanic standing around. I ask if I can get a oil change. They said they don’t accept walk-ins now for a week and a half so they have the Mechanic standing around doing nothing instead of making money.
