Our renovation 5 so years ago hit some unforeseen bumps along the way but nothing phased Neil or Naomi. It was always about solutions. Since then we have only used Waltham Black for our sweeps/brick replacements etc and would not go anywhere else. We have no hesitation in recommending. Super tidy, friendly and knowledgable. Definitely recommend - they came and checked the wood burner in my new house, made sure it was safe, checked the flue, and gave me advice on how best to use it & keep safe with a monoxide alarm. Really friendly, professional and cleaned up afterwards too. I have now got a lovely fire going! Thanks 🙂

After on-site visit we were supplied and fitted an inset log burner. Recommend log burner was excellent choice , fitted with extreme professionalism. Quick tidy job and excellent after sale follow up. A year later we’ve had the chimney swept. Again a quick , clean excellent job. Recommend this installer and chimney sweep 100%
