I sought advice from their fabrication manager in respect of a balcony that is showing rust. For a (very) reasonable charge two of them came over, had a detailed chat to show me what to worry / not worry about, and wrote up high-level instructions for a decorator. I thought they were very helpful, their advice gave me the knowledge and confidence I needed to go forward; and whilst I can't say I was a "core" customer of the main business here, I got a very good impression of their professionalism and courtesy.
