These guys saved us after we ended up stuck on the side of the M62….really went out of their way to help get us back up and running at short notice, we are really grateful. Also made us a cup of tea while we waited which was very welcome after standing behind the barrier in the rain for ages!

Got one star for answering the phone and that seemed too much trouble for the female who answered the call. Awful telephone manner and attitude saying she was very busy and would get someone to call us back. Tried a couple of times but still no call back but still speaking with little manners. Retraining in customer service required they may be busy but won't be if she is allowed to represent the company very poor won't be getting any business from us.

Some of the most unfriendly and unhelpful staff I’ve ever experienced! The lady on reception is of particular rudeness. I’ve been a handful of times here, as has my mother - whilst they’ve always been able to sort the problem eventually, it takes significant amount of time, the communication is rubbish and they clearly don’t want the business as they are constantly reminding you what a huge favour it is to have them look at your car. I cannot tell you how terrible the customer service here is - which is such a huge shame for Lymm as I’ve never experienced any poor customer service like this

We had our MOT and Service here and felt really reassured they were proving a professional job. Parts needed to be replaced so they contacted us mid-repair to let us know, shown us in person the reason why they were being replaced, gave us options each step, tried their best to get the cheapest and best quality parts and fitted them quickly. Felt so confident they were doing a great job, i'll be using these guys for years to come.

They look after all three of our family cars. Great service, and have been known to go the extra mile for a ream problem (such as finding a replacement rear seat belt for a 14-year-old Ford Mondeo. Couldn't recommend them more highly.
