Very helpful & friendly staff. Made up our evening when our screening was cancelled.

I arrived here Monday evening 13/12/21 for a 6pm screening to watch the new King Richard film. I had been given VIP tickets & a plus one through my agency & was very much looking forward to watching this with the little one I took along. Unfortunately on arrival I was told the screening was cancelled & had not been emailed or told beforehand.

We were very much looking forward to watching this film because the both of us are very involved in tennis. Even being in such a cool building was exciting. We came from Chigwell on the train to get here.

The staff were very understanding & the man kindly sat us inside from the cold & said that we can take a look around at the museum part of the building & take some photos. This was very nice & the lady even gave the little one a couple of souvenirs & offered us a drink & chocolates which were very appreciative.
We stayed here for an just over an hour & looked around at the cool props & the displays they had here.

Big thank you to the lady & man that really helped make our evening better here.

Great experience. Staff at reception friendly. Only problem was....there was only 5 goodie bags and 60 so people here to see the Godzilla King of Monsters film. We were asked a few questions for a quiz in order to claim a goodie bag, for example "what is Godzilla's height?", it was fun but it would have been nice to give the fans and supporters a free goodie bag too. As you can see from the picture the cinema area is VERY small but okay with 6 rows of seats, so you can imagine how small it is- with extremely LOUD surround sound which isn't probably necessary for the small scale of the room. The museum like area is open and free to all to go and take pictures as you can see from mine. Overall it was a nice experience, me and my friend didn't get treated differently or in a negative way. Go and enjoy it it is a nice area on ground floor with movie props - not a lot of props but some.

It was amazing, beyond all expectations! Even 6 hours wasn’t enough, so highly recommend for people who really into this universe🤤
We were really impressed by story from one of assistant whom name is Galina. She told us some interesting stories about filming, especially a story of Dementors. She also suggested us to attend Halloween and Christmas programs so we will definitely go.

I really like the new look of the canteen, and the staff working here is always very helpful, I came in this building just for business purposes and every time I get fascinated from some new thing. I'd just like to see more Security officers like in the past.

RUDEST WOMAN AT RECEPTION. Dark brown hair, middle aged. Yes you work for one of the biggest companies in the world but you're still on minimum wage so don't be rude.

It's wonderful place. It's modern building with all kinds of Warner Bross stuff.
