Absolutely shocking customer service. Sold my mother a small car a year ago. A year and only 1000 miles later MOT revealed the brake pads and discs needed replacing already. As we were surprised at this we wanted to discuss with someone and were told she needed to speak with the servicing manager. We visited in person early on Monday morning. Were told he would call her as was in a meeting. No call was received. Rang on the Tuesday morning. Again was told the manager would call back that day. No call was received. Disgusted and will never buy from here in the future. What ever the outcome of the conversation about the MOT, to not call a customer back 2 days in a row is unforgivable.

Ordered a new vehicle in August through Henry, was originally told it would be March time. However, car arrived end of September. Henry has been fantastic throughout, very informative and always happy to help, the whole process was made incredibly easy and stress-free thanks to Henry. Lovely car showroom one of the friendliest and cleanest I’ve been in. Lovely staff especially the young lady on the main desk who makes you feel comfortable with drinks and general chat.

My experience at Warners Citroen Tewkesbury was positive because there were no pushy sales people. We were left alone to look over the vehicle and didn't feel rushed to make a decision. Henry Currie was lovely very helpful and offered us a test drive by ourselves (another bonus) it was even ok for us to put our dog in the hatchback area to check he had enough room. Very friendly staff and 5 star customer service, keep it up ?

"I had a great experience at Warners Citroen Tewkesbury because Henry who dealt with us was brilliant. He talked us through the vehicles we were interested in and fully explained finance options. A test drive was arranged in an identical vehicle and by the time we returned all figures and details were available. At no stage did we feel anything but comfortable in our dealings with him. He did a number of calculations for us, arriving at a very satisfactory outcome. I have already recommended Warners and especially Henry to members of my family with the result they have purchased new cars. We have always been more than happy with Warners and dealing with Henry is a large part of this. I will definitely be back in the future."
