Sadly from wonderful to poor
Tender to tough tasty to bland . I understand the product is never going to be 100 pct same as no animal is but having previously purchased beef for our restaurant for many years from our butcher in Wick 5 years ago I know consistency and this comes nowhere close . I was excited by wagyu beef but their butchers should know when a steak doesn’t look the part but they stroll send it ,their burgers are sometimes tasty and succulent next dry and tasteless . I have tried several orders and with satisfaction inconsistent despite any problems always being compensated the frequency has made me lose faith they should not have occurred in the 1st place I won’t be back

I personally love it, local quick efficient and friendly, the quality of meat I have received has been excellent. I will not shop for meat anywhere else. The mexican brisket is our favourite thing to put in the smoker makes an excellent talking point while having beers and BBQ.

Ordered the "pretty big box"

Had the ribeye steaks tonight, absolutely divine.

Let's face it the price is VERY good for Wagyu, the flavour profile is great and authentic.

No complaints here really good stuff.

I saw a one star review above, I think that's really unfair. This is not one star stuff. I get it might not be as good as they want but one star would be ordering Wagyu and receiving budget beef. Which this is not

I was like a kid on Christmas day when I ordered but so disappointed when I received the order. This is not Wagyu ,I'm afraid. For me is fake advertising. Also, they just had a massive cyber attack and everyone's data has been compromised. They said no bank details have been compromised, but hey, they sell fake wagyu, so don't trust them.

I've ordered the 1kg of fillet steak from them a number of times. Its gone up in price from £60 to £80 but the quality has always been really nice, very impressed. Recently ordered 1kg of ribeye. Haven't tried it yet but very disappointed with the amount of fat...its 50% fat! Emailed them and they basically said 'yeah, never mind'. Luckily their meat is usually a lot better than their customer service

Ordered 4 Ribeyes. Not significantly better than a standard m&s Aberdeen Angus steak. But add on a few quid extra for not much difference in quality/taste.
