My partner has had an issue with the same lady here twice now. Old lady with mid-length hair has been awfully rude and unprofessional in all matters of the word.

Once was a printing misunderstanding, trying to charge an extortionate amount for 24 sheets (trying to charge £12) so my fella offered £6. This wasn't stated prior to printing them out. Cost us £2.40 from the library the following day. Her attitude was disgusting and appalling, tutting to her manager on the phone etcetera.

Months later he's walked in today to buy a can of Monster and there was a large queue but she was sat at the other desk doing absolutely nothing but just stood there, so he kindly asked if she was serving and she told him to get in the queue. My fella walked out, went and spent his money at Co Op only for a customer from the Post Office coming out after and told him that once he had left she opened up her till.

I get that if you have a problem with someone then you have a problem but to not do your job correctly and lose money because of your own personal vendettas is extremely unprofessional and rude.

If I have the misfortune of ever having to come into this Post Office myself and have to deal with her and get a negative experience then I'll be making a formal complaint to somebody far superior.

The male who works there is absolutely lovely, so it's a damn shame. She brings the place down 100%.

People's working there is very nice, friendly and helpful. Don't giving 5 stars,because of never ansver their phone! Why people call to post office? They have questions and need answers, but not in this post office. Sadly.

Lost my dad recently and had so much paperwork. Postmaster was really kind and offered to help with anything I couldn't manage on my own and offered counter signature of documents if I needed. Really helpful
