2 guys working on sunday. Shorter one was lovely and helpful. The one with glasses was really rude. I cant help it if this recycling centre is not disabled friendly. I didn't ask to have my spine fused or have arthritis in most of my body. I cant do the ramps its not my fault. So try being helpful and friendly like they are at the centre in Mansfield or just have a bit of empathy or not be as rude. If i drop something and leave it for my husband to pick up it does not mean I have thrown it on the floor!!

Amazing place and really happy helpful staff. However this place also has its very own regular visitor “Gerald” like the man from the tv show Clarkson’s farm. Absolutely no idea what he was saying and was bemused by the situation but was harmless enough. But was checking everything I was doing. I actually thought he was a member of staff but he wasn’t as I asked.

Thanks again guys.

Went to get rid of the rubbish from Xmas as filled our green bin. Got there and wasn’t busy but then was told that kitchen waster has to separated as they don’t have a ‘general’ waste skip (they do its called non recyclable) so had to break down all the bags to find about 5 pieces of cardboard then the rest went in the in the general waste skip anyway.

Always friendly staff who are eager to help.
I don't go there expecting them to help unload my rubbish, I don't think that that are there for that reason.
The staff are always courteous and obliging, and the area is usually very clean with not too much rubbish out of place.
It is without a doubt the best site in the area for cordial staff.
