Historic watermill within the Bateman's estate, fully restored to working order. During Kipling's time at Bateman's, the mill was converted to generate electricity for the estate, but is now once again milling grains. Inside there are information boards detailing more of the mill's history. Pleasant walks lead from the mill around the wider Bateman's estate.

A well-preserved watermill located towards the edge of the Bateman's grounds. You are able to go inside and explore the ground and first floor. Knowledgeable member of staff on hand upstairs to shed some extra insight.
