My boiler broke down on a very cold Saturday in January. Jim was recommended to me by a friend, he came out within 2 hours and got the boiler working again.
He then replaced the boiler a couple of weeks later. He was very accommodating, answering all of my questions and assuring me that he could move things around should the old boiler break again.
Excellent service in general, very clean, tidy, polite and helpful.
Would definitely recommend Jim and Waterboy plumbing and heating.

I would highly recommend Waterboy Plumbing (Jim and Joe). They came to service my boiler and fix my leaky outside tap. They were very polite and efficient guys, they had the job done in no time and the price was reasonable. Communication was excellent and they were punctual. My bathroom was in desperate need of a makeover, and after asking around, I was referred to Jim at Waterboy Plumbing. At the time, I was in Australia and unable to oversee the work, so it was crucial to find a plumber I could trust completely. Jim far exceeded my expectations, and I couldn’t be happier with the result—my bathroom looks amazing!
I especially appreciated his excellent communication and honesty throughout the process. I know I was probably a bit pedantic and difficult at times, but when you’re trusting someone from the other side of the world to get the job done, it can feel unsettling not being there in person to oversee the work.

We’ve used Waterboy for a few different things now from fixing a leaky pipe to installing a new boiler. Communication is speedy, polite and clear. They are thorough and a debrief at the end to make sure we see what they’ve done and we’re ok with result etc. they even checked in a few days later to be sure no problems post service. Clean, efficient and reasonable prices - and friendly too - very happy to recommend!

Would highly recommend Waterboy. I contacted Jim on the Wednesday morning about our leaky boiler, he came out the same day, found the issue, and installed us a brand new boiler the following Monday. Jim and his apprentice were reliable, considerate and polite throughout, and really reasonably priced as well. Jim has set us up for yearly boiler reviews also to ensure everything is running smoothly, couldn’t have asked for more!
