What sort of shop doesn’t do refunds ?
Just paid 5 pounds to get a key cut and it doesn’t work.
5 pounds was expensive too!
absolute cowboys.
The cut is way too wide and long.
Just spoke to the shop and they basically said tough luck.
I definitely won’t be coming here again. Dreadful customer service and appalling key cutting.
Unfortunately Will be calling my bank now for a visa dispute

Needed some specially mixed dulux paint. Unable to find anywhere in Maidstone that does this so stopped in Tenterden on my way home as Webbs do everything. Lovely prompt service from a staff member who was hoping to take his break when I asked if he could mix me some paint. It's really worthwhile shopping here as they are so helpful and I always find exactly what I want.

Well this place is brilliant. It has very thing you might need and is set out in a way that is clear but interesting. You feel like you are going on an adventure. The staff are super helpful without being 'know it alls'. All goods are well priced.

A lot of useful bits but at a premium price. Some Unhelpful staff, not the old fashioned customer service. I urgently needed a piece of glass in order to finish a job, I called in with 10 minutes left of opening time only to be told by a group of staff gathered around a service counter that, the yard had already been locked and I would have to wait until the next day, I could see some staff members smirking in the background. I would have hoped for a better quality of service from Webbs.

My work place needed a locksmith in Tenterden and so I called Webbs. Within a very short time the man came out and fixed our lock in minutes. I cant recommend them enough ..... fast, friendly, helpful & efficient. Thank you Webbs!
