The service station on the whole is great, unfortunately it's an absolute pig to get into , it is clearly marked in the motorway how to get in , if you follow the markings on the road you won't go wrong, you're actually entering the slip road back onto the motorway to enter it which goes against your instincts, don't let this put you off , follow the signs in the actual road and it'll work out, you can then come out and get back on to the road to Liverpool without any problems,

I’m in shock how bad is the pump in there..!! Truck getting felling up with car connection so it’s taking at least 20-25 minutes to feel your truck plus you have to keep holding all the time as all 3 pumps are broken m.. and on the display you actually can’t even see how much you put in..!

An ok pit stop, I visited the Starbucks and sat in. It was bloody freezing ? in there, perhaps due to the age of the building and the open plan nature of the floor, communal dining area.

Plenty of parking ?️ and surprisingly a lot of EV charging points (see photos)

Good access ♿ for all abilities and the public toilets ? were clean and tidy.

Starbucks was as expected and a decent Christmas ⛄? themeded eggnog latte consumed ?

Very nice. Only a quick stop off on the way home. Toilets were clean but could improve. WH Smiths shop inside was selling chocolate small bar. Staff in that shop should be wearing a balaclava. Starbucks was OK very nice & friendly female staff member. Even got my armed forces discount

It’s ok for a quick pit stop. Toilets are good. Plenty of car parking spaces. You can buy a quick cold or hot snack. On my last visit it was closed without warning.

Again they treat us like animals… parking looks like mine field even 2mph is too much… other facilities same… avoid. Better stop for free in industrial areas.
