Awesome company offering excellent service. Their coffee tastes amazing and the engineers that visit are always very friendly and helpful, the best thing is the free Honey Oatie biscuits they leave you.
I would definitely recommend you give them a call, and yes when you do call them the phone is answered by a human and they always do their best to help you on the phone including giving advice on how to get your machine going again.
