We recently attended a Dream Coats show and had a fantastic experience. The entertainment was excellent, and the staff were welcoming, friendly, and professional throughout.

A special mention goes to the ladies’ toilets—they were immaculate and genuinely the best I’ve seen in any theatre!

The only slight drawback was the seating, which felt a little tight in terms of space and comfort.

Overall, it was a great evening, and we’d definitely return for another show.

We visited the Westcliff Theatre for the Summer Show. I wasn't overly sure if we would like it, but I shouldn't have been worried as kids loved it. I was also very impressed with the theatre and theatre staff - it was clean and comfortable, and the staff couldn't do more to try and help. I also felt that the snack and drink prices were very reasonable!

Nice old theatre (built in 1928) with old style but comfortable seats. Decent bar, bottled beer only. Cheap, for a theatre, ice creams! On street parking only.

Brilliant night of country all-stars. All the staff in the theatre were. Very helpful and friendly. A nice small theatre.

We have been to this theatre many times over the years, even though we are not local to it.
The staff are always friendly & helpful.
It's a relatively small theatre and is on one level, which makes the performances a bit more intimate, coupled with the fact we always have seats in the first four rows.
The admission price are reasonable & if you like ice cream is half the price of other theatre's we have been to.
