Big thank you to Emma & Mark. I was in a hurry came from London needed a repair place to weld my item together. Rang quite a few places in Birmingham a they was useless ignored me turned me away because they was unsure or couldn’t handle fixing my metal object without breaking it. Emma was so polite when answering the phone she didn’t turn me away she was so polite and fourth coming an asked me to come in, so someone could examine my item. On approach Mark was brilliant 10/10 superb skills and experience. Mark has over a decade of fine quality experience In handling, fabricating and welding metals together the best I’ve seen. He thought outside the box an when it seemed like my metal item could not be repaired. He went out of his way above a beyond for a resolution to repair my broken metal item. Mark an Emma are both assets to the company as they both have fantastic people skills they treated me so well and were so welcoming, never turned me away as a customer no matter what they deliver. I appreciate and I’m so very grateful for them both as they both stayed over there finishing hours as well to ensure I received a top class service and they were happy to finish of fabricating my metal surpassing there closing hours. No other comapny would do that. I highly highly recommend this company. As a customer you will receive premium service with professional standards throughout and a great finished product.
