I bought two plastic food storage boxes today. I have bought previously from others however these are the best. They are robust and seal effectively. Does what it says on the box! Great product and UK too.

As many others have written, the customer service dept of this company is second to none. Today I asked for a replacement part, to help out an elderly neighbour who had lost track of the original one. A replacement is being immediately sent out, free of charge. I have 2 Whitefurze waterbutts and during the storm one of the lids must have blown off and I could not find it in neighborhood. I contacted company by email who came back to me and despatched a replacement lid. It arrived in 2 days. I am so thrilled with the excellent service I received especially communication from Jade who was most helpful. That's what I call a good company who appreciate the value of their customers. It would appear that whilst cost has risen quality unfortunately hasn’t.I ordered some 400ml screw top containers as I already had one from quite a few years ago so knew the quality….or so I thought.The older container has much thicker plastic and the lid has a rubber seal inside whilst also being a better quality plastic.The new ones do not have the seal and feel cheaper.

Ref - WHITEFURZE
I purchased a WHITEFURZE water butt last summer.
Just got around to putting it together one month ago, noticed I was a plastic link clip missing, which is down to me, I had inadvertently thrown away.
Emailed WHITEFURZE, after a email back, had the clip laying on my door mat two days later.
That’s what I call customer service.
Many thanks for dealing with my self inflicted problem with speed and no fuss.
