This place is a godsend! My partner and I got engaged a few months ago and let me pick out the ring myself. Rod and (I think her name was) Anne or Anna were so incredibly helpful, they walked me through everything and explained every little thing to me in detail. I had a picture in mind of what I wanted but with their help I left with something completely different and so much more incredible than I could of imagined. It was very overwhelming and they were so kind and calming. Absolutely wonderful people and amazing service, to say they need a raise is an understatement!

Excellent Bespoke Service!
I went to Rod and the team to design and make a challenging bespoke engagement ring. I was pleased to be met with a professional, positive and enthusiastic attitude to guide me through the process.

Friendly staff, great customer service and incredible expertise! Me and my partner went here after a scare of having gotten scammed at another place while getting an engagement ring resized (simply due to Googling worst-case scenarios and overthinking..). The staff were super helpful and understanding, they took a good look at my ring and did various test to ensure us everything was as it should be. We also found out their jewellery valuation service is only half the price of what we got quoted at another place, so I would highly recommend using them for valuations with your purchase.

Disappointing - called in to get a charm added onto my daughters bracelet as a 21st birthday present - a 10 min job at most probably. Got turned away as allegedly too busy - amazing in this climate they can afford to turn down business
