First member of staff " what do you know about ventilation on a kitchen extractor "nothing came the reply tall bloke shaven head glasses good customer service there I think his name is lee disappointed by this found another member of staff brilliant just brilliant couldn't be more helpful answered all questions came up with a solution (trying to connect a kitchen extractor to ducting on top of cupboards) this member of staff is called jason he is from canada tall bloke glasses really nice polite professional courteous knows how to talk to people really impressed good customer service well done Jason

Worst Wickes I have ever been to. Store is dirty and poorly stocked, staff are rude and miserable, and there are trip hazards everywhere. The management in this store, or lack of... should get a grip of things. Went to B&Q and purchased what I needed.

Visited around 11:30am today, and felt very unwelcome. Cashier was unnecessarily rude, slamming my items as she scans it. Totally blanked me as if I was a ghost without a thank you or anything. She summoned up the amount and because she was looking elsewhere I couldn’t hear her, so asked her again, to which she grunted miserably and repeated herself. I don’t understand the rude treatment. If she doesn’t like her job please sack her. She doesn’t get to treat customers this way.

Good store. Location wise bit busy to get into and come out. Lots of parking and other stores. Prices are bit high, short of staff i belive. Suitable for people with disabiliries and chidern. Not sure if they have other facilities like toilts. Have small place for kids. Needs more attension to call back their customer when they ask for their details. Over all not bad place for shopping.

My delivery never turned up and I was told the truck broke down that I should wait a week Ridiculous. What a waste of time and money. The manager has absolutely no clue what he’s doing, the workers know the system better and was very understanding than the manager. Been buying from wickes for more than a decade but looks their going downhill now. I would not recommend

Cannot recommend Sebastian in the kitchen design dept enough, so patient and so knowledgeable. Twice I had to go back and make adjustments to the design and none of it his fault yet he was only too pleased to accommodate.
Great service, in fact, best I’ve ever received, he never tried to upsell me, just captured what I needed and wanted and created a great design, suggesting useful comments from his experience which is worth his weight in gold.
