This family run distillery knows exactly how to master the art of producing top quality specialised gins with distinctive flavours and amazing clarity.

My son and I visited the other evening for a show and tell on their success and delightful distillery.

Jago sure opened my taste buds to new adventures, especially with the range of mixers which complimented both rum and gin - a game changer for me

I won't say too much, as don't want to spoil it but I highly recommend you take a few hours out of your time to attend one of their tour sessions - you will come away having learned a few things, smiling from the stories, and impressed with the tastings.

Absolutely no no no and I mean no pressure or even an approach from them asking you to buy - that shows confidence and self content in their products.

We will certainly be recommending our friends and family to pay a visit, and will even be returning ourselves.

Congratulations to the whole family for your creations and wishing you continued success and pleasure you glean from all the hard work and dedication.

We weren’t quite sure what to expect having been on similar visits to such establishments over the years. I have to say that we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves ( despite the fact I was driving so only sampled one spiced rum tot ). The owner was very open about the problems the family had encountered and made the process so interesting that we spent about two hours there.
With them producing gin, vodka and rum in a variety of flavours I would imagine most people would easily find something they really like.
So good luck to them in the future as they try to expand the business. From what I am seeing they should be very successful.

Fabulous afternoon at the distillery as a birthday gift from friends. Jago was very welcoming, and told us all about the history of the company as well as explaining how the distillery works and the production of different spirits. Generous drinks to sample and lovely snacks to soak up the alcohol. Very friendly and fun environment. Would recommend highly!

We had a lovely afternoon at this amazing distillery, Jago was very welcoming and we tried a good range of gins and rum so I now have a new favourite gin the aromatic gin is fantastic and also although I drink the occasional rum so was not to fussed about trying it but the spiced rum is just another level. Everyone in our group left with at least 2 bottles of gin or rum. Highly recommend this small but amazing distillery.

Fantastic local distillery...I know they specialize in gins but my favorite tipples are definitely the cream spirit and the rums (the honey rum is remarkable). The tour of the distillery is brilliant... Informative and entertaining presentation. Without doubt one of my favourite local businesses!

We visited Wicstun Distillery as part of our daughter’s 21st birthday celebrations and our party of 5 had a very informative and personal presentation by the owner, Jago, who really knew his stuff. The small and very unassuming unit in Market Weighton was beautifully decked out with discreet lighting, gin & rum displays and working stills bubbling away in the background. Jago’s knowledge and passion for the business really showed and we took away a lot of helpful tips on different ways to drink gin & rum. We went for the package with a break for snacks, which really helped as the non-drivers in our group were getting a little tipsy on the constant flow of drinks. We ended up buying several bottles of gin & rum and our driver took away several sample bottles of the drinks to try at home. Thank you for an amazing afternoon Jago, we will definitely return and recommend to friends & family.
