From the very first message I sent, to receiving my beautiful jewellery, I can't fault a thing. The quality of the pieces are outstanding and the customer service was nothing short of gold standard!

I have to say the biggest thank you to Lois at Wight Castings, she really does have the patience of a saint! Answering all of my silly and never ending questions, Lois took the time to respond, being patient with my concerns and worries, showing kindness in every written response. I could feel how much she truly cared about me as a customer and understood the sensitivity and sentimentality of the pieces. Her passion for what she does shines through in the service she delivers.

My main worries were putting my beloved dogs ashes in the post and worrying if the pieces would come out how I expected. Lois put me at ease instantly as I was able to drop the ashes off to her and even collect my order and the unused ashes. I received regular updates and was informed at every single stage of the process, even able to make a couple of last minute changes before they were set, ensuring I was 100% happy.

My order consisted of 2 bracelets and 2 pendants and my partner and I are blown away by them. We can now have our dogs close to us wherever we go, which has really helped with the healing process too. Thank you so much Lois, from the bottom of our hearts! We will definitely be ordering more pieces in the future!

Thank you so much to Lois at Wight Castings for my beautiful ring that contains some of my eldest daughters hair and my youngest daughters breastmilk. Such a special piece of jewellery I can cherish forever♥️ Placing the order was so easy. I was kept in contact with everything and it was actually made and delivered quicker than I thought?
